We strive to maintain food quality and temperature during delivery but cannot guarantee that food will arrive at the exact temperature it left our kitchen.

4. User Accounts

For pickup orders:

• Unclaimed orders may be disposed of after a reasonable waiting period

We are committed to providing high-quality food products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any quality issues, which may include order replacement or refund at our discretion.

5.8 Returns and Refunds
